Our Story

The land on which Ockeridge Rural Retreats sits was originally bought to accommodate our passion for horses. However, as we got to know the land a little better, we realised we had something extremely special.

After a couple of years spent using the land for family camping ourselves, we realised we could share what we had found with others.

Ockeridge Rural Retreats is a space which makes you feel good. Makes you feel grounded and humbled by the surrounding natural beauty, whatever the British weather chooses to do! To us, it is sheer perfection, and we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
