A: Yes, we are now accepting Klarna as a payment option. Shop securely and choose to pay in 3 interest-free payments, in full, in 30 days, or over time.
Q. Do the glamping retreats have Wi-Fi?
A: Yes, each retreat is equipped with Wi-Fi. You’ll find the access code included in your welcome details, sent to you prior to your arrival.
Q: Are pets allowed at the retreats?
A: We’re sorry, but pets aren’t allowed at our retreats as we keep them completely dander-free for all our guests to enjoy. Being nestled in the heart of the countryside, we’re lucky to be surrounded by incredible wildlife, including muntjac deer, and we love creating a peaceful space to encourage them to visit.
Q: Do you offer private check-in?
A: Absolutely! We know many of our guests prefer the privacy of self-check-in so they can fully relax and enjoy their stay. All our retreats have coded key access, making check-in seamless and completely private.
When you arrive, you’ll find electric gates at the entrance. Don’t worry, your welcome email will include all the details you need, including the number to call to open the gates. From there, your retreat awaits!
Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?
A. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. However, we do offer a late check-out option for an additional fee if you’d like to extend your stay.
Q: Is there parking at the glamping retreat?
A: Yes, each retreat comes with its own dedicated parking space for one car, conveniently located right outside your door. No need to worry about carrying your bags far, just park up and start relaxing!
Q: Can we have visitors or additional people join us at the retreat?
A: Unfortunately, only the guests listed on the booking form are permitted at the retreats. This policy helps us ensure the safety of all guests and maintain the peaceful, relaxing environment we’re committed to providing.

Q: Do you offer group bookings?
A: To maintain the peace and tranquility of the site for all our guests, we do not allow group bookings for the entire site. However, if you’d like to book a couple of properties for friends or family to enjoy the retreat together, we’re happy to accommodate that. Just please note, hen parties, stag dos, or wild parties are not permitted!
Q: Is smoking allowed?
A. All of our retreats are strictly non-smoking and vaping indoors. However, you are welcome to smoke outside, as long as all cigarettes are fully extinguished and disposed of in the bins provided. Please help us keep the countryside clean and enjoyable for all guests.
Q. Are fireworks allowed?
A. Fireworks are strictly prohibited, we need to ensure the safety of the livestock in neighbouring fields.
