We want you to make the most of your luxury glamping experience so we have put together some of our most asked questions for you, if there is anything we can do to enhance your trip be sure to get in touch.
Do you accept pets?
As much as we love animals, we have made the decision to keep all our properties pet free to keep them dander free for guests who suffer with allergies.
Due to this if you do bring along your pet, we will have to ask you to leave.
Private Check In ?
We operate a hands-off check in for 100% privacy during your stay.
When arriving at the gates you will be asked to Text Tiffany on 07974 44 44 12 to let her know you are there and she will open the electric gates remotely and text you the lock box code which is located at the front of each property. When checking out simply leave the key in the property and the gates will open automatically without the need for you contacting Tiffany.
In the event of any problems during your stay simply Text Tiffany and we will endeavour to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
Can you decorate my accommodation for a Special Birthday or Event
While we send you our congratulations and best wishes, unfortunately time is very tight when turning around each accommodation for the next guests. It is therefore regretfully not a service we are able offer.
We would also politely ask that you don’t bring balloons, as if they escape, they can be dangerous to livestock in the neighbouring fields
What is the Check-in and Check-out times?
Check in is after 2.00pm.
Check out is by 10.00am.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate either early check ins or late check outs as we need time to ensure each hut is perfectly clean for the next guest.
