Absolutely stunning place! Visited here as a couple. The cabin is so clean and so spacious. The family were so friendly and helpful with getting to the location. Definitely worth the money. Beds were so comfortable. They even include your own netflix to each cabin. Outside was very well presented with the lights all around following the hot tub and seating area.

Lovely little getaway. Well equipped lodge everything you could want or need. Lovely touch that Jack the owners son has set up a little tuck shop as a business venture.Getting from the lodge to the outdoor bath and back again for all to see is not really what you would expect, and the road noise was a shame.We would defo come back, but I would book a different lodge

Had 2 nights away here with my boyfriend and we really enjoyed our stay. The setting was so gorgeous, we stayed in Hillside View which had its own little garden bar and decking area. The bed was really comfortable, and the decor was lovely. Really nice bathroom too. The owners were super responsive by text - we'd paid for a disposable bbq which got missed, but I text them to ask about it and it was rectified immediately. It did feel like we could text them for anything we needed. The area was really quiet and tranquil. Only real complaint is that some of the utensils, cutlery and crockery weren't cleaned very well but that might have been down to the people who stayed before us! On the whole I'd love to come back again - was sad to leave!

We have just returned from another fabulous 2 night stay at Ockeridge Retreat. The Shepherds huts are luxurious and spotlessly clean. The grounds are immaculate and so relaxing to sit out and enjoy the view! Hopefully we will be returning soon!

This was our second time staying at these beautiful shepherd's huts and again we were not disappointed. The attention to detail is top class and the grounds are immaculate. It's so peaceful, relaxing and luxurious. We will definitely be returning again!

What an amazing place to stay at , was recommend by my daughter as she stayed here . Well i would highly recommend this place , its wonderful beautiful we stayed at monkwood hut , was clean had all we needed and more beautiful scenery peaceful and a wonderful tuck shop by jackRECOMMEND you try this place

Loved the 'hut'!Very secluded location with great views.Thanks Jack for our own little tuck shop.Bed was really comfy and bath was more than big enough for the two of us.

Just had 3 nights here and it was amazing, so close to lots of things to do and the setting was so relaxing. We stayed in the Montana with our 14 year old daughter which was the only cabin to sleep 4.We contact the owners by text when we had a little user error issue, and they got straight back to us with all the helpful tips, as I say it was user error and nothing wrong with the facilitiesJacks tuck shop was a nice treat and a blessing for our daughter who was straight into it when we arrived.Will be looking forward to returning, maybe for a couples stay next time 😁Thank you

My boyfriend booked this stay for us on my birthday. The place was very cosy and had very good decor! I loved the LED round the bed! We loved our stay here, the view was stunning, the lodge was cosy and the sunsets at night were unreal! Would defiantly come back I miss it already. In the hut you have a large double bed which was so comfy, complimentary shower gel and shampoo conditioner, a hair dryer(life saver)! The heating was vey good as well when needed. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening the lights were perfect for us to do that! The tuck shop in the room as well has a great selection and was very reasonable pricing although we didn’t have any it was very tempting! Thank you so much for the amazing stay and we hope to see you again.

A perfectly beautiful rural retreat.Next time will stay for an extra night.Extremely clean, cosy and comfortable.I could only ask for 1 improvement, as the host knew which time roughly we was arriving it would of been nice to have set the heating as it was on a hive app as the cabin was about 14⁰ on arrival and took hours to heat up which wasn't ideal especially with a young child. Other than that we absolutely loved it and highly recommend the Thai restaurant nearby for food - 😘👌 🐉

An amazing beautiful Shepherds Hut! Lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need. Lots of personal touches, including a fantastic 'Tuck Shop'. Situated in a peaceful location and in easy reach of things to do. Will definitley go back.

Well maintained cabins and grounds. An ideal place to get away from the hassle and bustle of busy everyday life. I personally wouldn't recommend for children. I would be terrified if our 2 youngest came as they would spoil the tranquility with their constant bickering and noise and I'd panic if they made a mess.

My boyfriend and I stopped here for our 10 year anniversary - we weren’t disappointed. The shepherds hut was beautifully presented and we loved Jacks tuck shop for drinks and snacks.If you are looking to stop here, you will have to commit to going out for food or collect it yourself.The leaflets that were left by Tiffany - the Thai was closed for renovations, the Chinese didn’t deliver and neither did the pub for their stone baked pizzas.We committed to collecting some Pizzas from the Manor Arms which were a lovely addition to our stay.Thank you to all. We will definitely be returning closer to Christmas :)

I haven't a bad word to say about our stay in the Monkwood hut! From start to finish our stay has been perfect.The standard of amenities and decoration in our hut was top quality. Alot of thought has gone into building and designing the hut, it's fresh and VERY clean inside but also cosy, meaning we just didn't want to leave!The location is peaceful and private, I felt safe due to the locks and automatic entrance doors meaning they cannot be opened unless done remotely by the owner.The views were breathtaking, we spent hours sat outside our hut on the table and chairs provided watching the sun set.I cannot speak more highly of Ockeridge rural retreats and we WILL be returning :)

Really comfy, shepard hut with everything ypu need. Comfy bed, huge tin bath, decent wet room and a log burner. The hut itself is set in a really peaceful area. There's plenty to do in the immediate countryside, such as walking, cycling and days out to English Heritage sites. The owners are really helpful and will make sure you have and amazing stay.

We stayed in the Montana cabin for 2 nights. It was perfectly clean, quiet, warm and a brilliant location. Just a stones throw from Witley Court and Worcester. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

It was more like a 5 star hotel ! with its magical copper bath tub, cosy log burner and views to take your breath away. Tiffany is an amazing host and made us feel so welcome. We will be returning very soon !!!

Clean, comfortable, well equipped accomodation. Quiet location. Stunning views. BUT my 60th birthday celebrations were dampened by the lack of romantic lighting around the outdoor bath! One string of dim battery powered fairy lights! Not as represented in their particulars. Disappointed.

Just got back from a fabulous two night stay in the Shepherds retreat. So cleverly designed that it felt really spacious. Sitting on a wondeful spot with great views. So peaceful - we had a BBQ on night one, and went to the Masons Arms on the second night (great steak). Our little one loved the bunk beds and the outdoor bath made it. A brilliant short break away. Can't recommend enough. We will definitely be back!!

We stayed in the Shepard’s Hut Retreat for two nights over the New Year and absolutely loved it! Tiffany met us at our arrival and showed us where all our facilities were, they also provided a detailed booklet with all the information we needed for our stay!There are some lovely walks around the site, which are posted on their Facebook page which were a great idea! We attempted one, but we got a bit stuck in the mud! Great fun though!Really enjoyed the hut itself, it was warm with underfloor heating, and cosy! The bed was extremely comfortable! The outside bath was hilarious mid winter, but such a cute idea!Would 100% recommend staying here, and hope to return again!!
